Really not happy with the service today. I'd been booked in for one treatment weeks ago, only to arrive and be told that there wasn't time for what I'd booked for and I'd have to have something else... or go without. I arranged for my mum to babysit to be able to come to the appointment so felt so frustrated. The staff working really didn't care or appreciate that I was misinformed and I felt quite embarrassed as I was made to feel like it was my fault. I really expected better from this pricey place which is meant to be the best salon in Marlow. Prices don't reflect the service it seems.read more
